Thank you very much Patrick, I have found the problems, there was one wrong path and one problem of permission. What does your init script look like? Make sure the path to the conf file and the path to the binary are correct. If it starts that way then you could have a problem with your init script. If it does not start that way then it will spit out an error message Patrick S.
