internet ----------> Router ---------> Firewall ---------> Snort-----> Cisco Switch -------- > LAN

For the Snort in the above diagram , what type of PC/Server/Configuaration u all can recomend ?
Currently snort running in PIV 2.6 Mhz , 256 RAM Red Hat 9 PC
