Since you are using acid I am assuming that you are using mysql which is usually installed in /usr/local/mysql check in 
the data directory to see if your snort db or some other db is filling up your drive.

Hi Pat,

 

Kindly help me with /usr partition which show me 100 % utilized . Is there some snort files which I need to delete from 
/usr partition , which are created when I run the acid . becoz of which I cannot get the latest alerts on acid.
