Snort message: Unable to create an IPSet from any ... ?

Dear Snorters,

My output from:

  snort -c /etc/snort/snort.conf

( see http://users.bigpond.net.au/jaymz/snort.out.txt )

... finishes with :

/etc/snort/snort.conf(390) Unable to create an IPSet from any 

Other relevant files can be found at:

I checked the URLS below obtained, by searching google
for an exact match of, "Unable to create an IPSet from any"

... but they didn't seem to help.

Any ideas?
