There is no step-by-step guide how to convert the different http_decode
settings to http_inspect setting, but you can just as easily start from
scratch. Just read up on http_inspect at 
http://www.snort.org/docs/snort_manual/node17.html#SECTION003810000000000000000 and configure the settings that is 
applicable to your network.
