Perfmonitor...does anyone really use this thing?

If you've never tried it here's a sample of what I
seem to be getting:

1074106000,100.000,0.6,0.2,0.1,527,62.76,1.5,1.1,1.7,1.7,31,67,2.1,0,2,0.0,0.0,0.0,0.0,0,0,3.5,0.9,95.6

Not sure how usefull it is...I'll be shutting it off
