Got it!

I was running WinPcap 3.1 beta, so I uninstalled and installed WinPcap 3.0 and it works....

I'm setting up Snort 2.1.1 on Windows XP Professional and have followed the instructions from the winsnort.com site.  
When I run snort -W to test my installation, I get the following error message:

snort.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point PacketGetNetInfo could not be located in the dynamic link library packet.dll.

Has anyone seen this error message?
