RHWS/Snort/Bonding

Hello All.
I've been googlin' for a little and can't seem to find an answer.  Has
anyone been able to successfully
get bonding to work? (Either in Red Hat kernel, or something like
Oracle's NIC Failover/Bonding package)
I'm looking to use Michael Peter's Passive Ethernet tap, and would like
everything to come over on a single interface.
Should I even bother? Or just grin and bear the split interface?
