Data_payload logging in database is truncated

Thanks to Gnic I got Snort up and running on Windows and logging to a MS
SQL server 2000 database.

Now I'm struggling with the fact that Snort seems to be truncating the
data payload (data_payload field in table data) when logging to the
database. It also puts "." at the end. How can I change this setting ? I
would like to log full packets.
