Snort Install

Hi,
 
I have loaded snort on a windows 2000 box with apache2, mysql and I am
having an issue with getting the webpage up. When I try to reach the
http://localhost/acid/Index.html I have a couple error that appear at
the top of the web page. These are the errors I receive:
