Patch submission

How do we submit a snort patch? I would like to send in an update to 2.0.2
to work correctly with freetds + Unixodbc + SQL Server 2000. I can't find
anything on the snort website on how to do send in a submission. 

This is a database patch, and the person listed on the snort page as being
responsible doesn't have an email listed...
