SnortCenter Sensor failed to start

Dear all,

When I finished installed SnortCenter Agent, I got the following error
when it's trying to start:

....
Attempting to start Sensor Agent..
Starting SnortCenter Sensor Agent server in /usr/local/sensor
Failed to bind port 5111 : Can't assign requested address at
/usr/local/sensor/miniserv.pl line 309.
ERROR: Failed to start Sensor Agent!

There is no process bind to port 5111. I have changed different ports,
but it still having the same problem. 

What is the problem with it?
