How to read tdump.dat text file in snort?

HI all;
Does anybody know how to sort out the raw data in tdump.dat text file so I can analyze it and write reports on 
malicious traffice??
 
Help needed immediately!
 
Or is there another way to sort this file so that tcp, icmp, udp traffice can be sorted any other way??
