The official Win32 package on Snort.org is built by Chris Reid. The packages on his website are from various CVS verions. At the present time the 2.0.1 binary isn't posted to Snort.org (Soon to come!), but the 'Build 88' version on Codecraft's website would be equivalent. Winsnort.com's builds are simply those that Michael has built that he's offering as a service to his customers and the Win32 Snortee's.
