Snort Win2k service error

Hi Snorters,

I have one Snort2 sensor installed on Windows2000. It
runs fine on command line. So I installed it as a
service, but when I run it as a service it gives me
the following error:

C:\Snort\bin>net start snort
The Snort service is starting.
The Snort service could not be start

A system error has occurred.

System error 1067 has occurred.

The process terminated unexpectedly.

I searched internet and tried what all was available
but could not get through.

Any clues, appreciated.
