Snort don't detect any attack

Dear Friends.


I am using ACID+SNORT 2.0.1 and I start service no problems, but ACID show
me 0 attacks.

I ran command  NMAP -sT on notebook connected dial-up conecctionon INTERNET,
and started attack on my site, but SNORT and ACID didn't  detected any.

Please help me.
