Am I right in thinking that the tarball at this path:

url = http://www.snort.org/dl/signatures/snortrules.tar.gz

...which is what's in my Oinkmaster.conf, is the 1.9.1 ruleset, rather than
2.0.0?  If so, should I be pointing Oinkmaster elsewhere for the 2.0.0
ruleset?
