ACID_DB_SETUP question

I've followed this document http://www.snort.org/docs/snort_acid_rh9.pdf 
to install the sort-acid system, but my paltform is rh8 and i uses rpm to install php, mysql & apache.
 
when i am going to the Acid DB Setup step, after I open the webpage http://myserver/acid/acid_db_setup.php and click 
the Create ACID AG button. It do nothing. 
 
i've check the mysql database, i cannot see the table "acid_ag".
 
What wrong is it and which log files can i check?
