Error handling detection of Back Orifice

Hi all,

Upon testing my Snort console's ability to detect a Back Orifice attack, 
Snort responded with an error which goes something like "duplicate key 
database error"
What could the problem be ?? Btw, I am running Snort 1.9 on a W2k Server.
