Hi,

If you have an init script then you can use the next lines to start snort with the SnortCenter command line options.

cmd_line=`cat "/etc/snort/snort_cmd_line.eth0"`
snort -D -i eth0 $cmd_line

Hi,

I'm using Snort 1.9.0 with ACID v0.9.623 and Snortcenter 1.0.

How can I start the snort daemon at system boot time automatically?
It should use the sensor parameters configured in Snortcenter.

Thanks in advance
Michael
