the pid file exists but there isnt a snort process running, don't kill
-9 your processes or fix your snort kill script to remove the pid file.

When I start snortd in /etc/rc.d/init.d, it's OK but it's status is
"snort dead but subsys locked" and I can't to stop it.
Help me immediatly
