Database ERROR:Database ERROR:Got error 134 from table
header.=20

In your distribution of MySQL-3.xx.xx you should have 
perror. Mine is located at /usr/bin/perror.  
You would type in perror 134 
"Error code 134:  Unknown error 134
134 = Record was already deleted (or record file
crashed)"

You can then take that error number to
www.mysql.com/doc where you should be able to find a
better answer as to how and if you should run
myisamchk or repair table <xxx>
