AFAIK php is NOT a part of apache 2, I compiled php ads dynamic module
with the proper configure flags (GD, -with-mysql, i dont remember others
if any), then restarted apache (apachectl stop, apchectl start, NOT
restart) and then ACID came up fine.

Maybe i'm stupid and too lazy to read the whole manual from apache, but
I think I'm right, php is not a part of apache2
