New Feature in 1.9x

I just installed the new version of Snort as of yesterday and I rebuild my
MySQL DB for ACID and all seems to work great. However, I noticed that now
there is an additional preprocessor called portscan2. Now, this new
feature created a new log file called scan.log. How can I get ACID to read
from this file along with the default portscan.log file?
