Hello,

I heard through the grapevine that some employees may be somehow bypassing
our proxy server. I'm not sure how yet, though I came across a utility
called BOUNCER that allows this type of activity. I haven't researched or
tried it yet. The link to this utility is below. Before I dig in and start
researching, does anyone know if there is a way to detect use of this
utility with Snort? Thanks
