Snort Alert [1:1411:0] ) (etc) alerts

I am just wondering something. I have a lot of these "Snort Alert
[1:1411:0]" (etc) alerts in my database database and I wonder if they are
because Snort and Barnyard is not in sync or that because I use tagging?

Snort 1.9 (latest cvs), barnyard 0.1.0-rc5. Snort does unified logging
that barnyard is picking up...
