Management of Packet-Scrubbers

Greetings, I was wondering how to integrate packet-scrubbers like hogwash, operating without a TCP/IP stack, into an organization wide TCP/IP managament network, e.g. based on an ethernet architecure? Might be a silly question, but connecting 20+ hogwash-boxes to a central IDS console via serial TTY doesn't seem the brightest of ideas. As a UNIX domain socket is only valid on the same host, the only other way seems utilization of the raw ethernet protocol!? Any suggestions? Thanks, Henning. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Get the new Palm Tungsten T handheld.
