Start with a more stable system, and use WinPCap v2.3 instead of the latest
beta.  Then run Snort with the '-W' parameter to get a list of the
interfaces.  After that, run Snort with the '-v' *and* '-i n' parameters,
replacing the 'n' in '-i n' with the number of the interface that you want
Snort to listen on.
