Speedera is a content delivery company. They most likely use ICMP packets to
determine latency to and from certain sites to determine where the best
place to serve content to a certain user from. One of your users probably
went to a site hosted by Speedera and they were trying to determine which
one of their web hosting sites to serve the content from. Or maybe your site
is hosted by Speedera?

Thanks, all, for the responses to my "ICMP PING speedera" query. I
still don't know why Speedera just started messing w/ my network, but
I'm now bugg'n their sysadm for more information.

Hopefully, I'll get an answer from them soon. If not, then maybe
I'll just drop their packets at my router... :)

Sincerely,
