OOS, Scans, Alerts

I am using Snort on a Win 2k machine and I was wondering if there was a way to automatically log the packets in 
seperate files like they appear on www.incidents.org/logs 
Ex: Scans, Alerts, OOS.
Will snort do this automatically, or are there scripts written for this.
