ispy software (slightly off-topic)

One of my managers received an email about a program called 'ispy' 
(http://www.coolspyproducts.com/ispynow) and he asked me to assure him 
that we are protected against people buying and using it.
Has anyone heard of this software and can it really do what it claims and 
install itself automatically via email?
Now for the relevant question...
If somebody is using it can I configure 'snort' to log/alert me to the 
fact?
