  INSER,SELECT,CREATE,DELETE on snortout.* to <STRONG>outthere@<FONT 
  size=3><FONT size=4>localhost</FONT> </FONT>rights</STRONG> on MySQL 
  server.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
