FW: make error

Marty,

I am running this on RedHat 7.2 2.4.7-10.

If I run this without enable-flexresp it completes without errors.  The
sequences are attached.

No idea at all, were there any messages preceeding what you pasted
below?  If there were, we'll probably get a better idea.  What platform
are you building on?
