Re: Gone - Snort web site problem?

Verizon decided to celebrate the solstice a week early this year by giving
us a lovely routing loop this morning. While it was appreciated, we asked
them to remove it so that we could get back on the net... ;)

Answering my own query, looks like routing loop is gone,
snort.sourcefire.com now loads.

Hello all --
This AM I get
"The connnection was refused when attempting to contact www.snort.org"
when trying to load the snort web site from any box on my network. All
other web sites seem fine for me.
Anybody else have this problem?

I did a traceroute on the IP addr that www.snort.org resolved to and
it appeared to result in a routing loop somewhere in Baltimore with
verizon.
