Barnyard 0.1.0 beta4 available

I have made barnyard 0.1.0 beta4 available for download.  The only major
addition since beta3 is an output plugin to support the ACID DB schema. 
While not complete yet, it is functional.  Currently only MySQL is
supported, but i will be adding Postgres support soon.  It also does not
yet populate the options table for packet dumps.
