Need help with alerting: MySQL, ACID, Snort 1.8 for W32.

Does anyone have any suggestions for exporting log files in a customizable (delimited) format? I would like to start 
submitting log files to D-Shield (and others) but D-Shield does not provide a SNORT client for Windows (only Linux). 
The only other option I have (without writing my own client--which I couldn't do anyway) would be to submit files in a 
particular Tab delimited format. It would be pretty handy if this could be done through a browser using  
ACID/SnortSnarf instead of having to go to the SNORT box. Any ideas?
