Hello.
Heya
I would like to know whats happens when a snort (running in daemon mode) receive a signals. In particular, I'm interested in SIGHUP.
from snort.c: else { LogMessage("Received SIGHUP. Restarting"); } In other words, it restarts and reloads your conf and rules files in the process.
Thank in advance.
Your welcome -Steve
