IDMEF and FreeBSD 4.x

All,

I have a FBSD 4.4-STABLE box that I'm trying to get the IDMEF option to
build on. What I can't figure out is what package the libntp libraries
are part of. A "find /usr/ports -iname libntp" turned up nothing, as did
checking the FAQ. Any pointers?
