Snort/Acid/MySql on Win2000 problem.

I installed Snort, Acid, and MySQL on a Win2k machine.  Everything was
chugging along well, though it certainly needed some tweaking as there were
lots of false positives.  At any rate, I left it on overnight hoping to see
what sort of things it's logging.  When I came in this morning things
weren't working well at all.

Acid is giving me the following error; 
Database ERROR:Can't open file: 'iphdr.MYD'. (errno: 145)  

Snort itself gives a similar error about being unable to open iphdr.MYD.
I've verified the file exists, and it certainly does.  If it helps any, I
noticed my hard drive pretty much filled up overnight.  Looks like time to
delete some MP3s! heh..  Has anyone seen this before?  Thanks in advance for
the help.
