Hi All, I have installed WinPCap 2.2 and still get the Dr. Watson.

I have recently upgraded from 1.7 to 1.8 win32 build 74
and now when I shut down snort I get a Dr. Watson and the following error.

PCAP_LOOP: Read Error: PacketReceivePacket Failed.

Do I need to update WINPCAP and if so where on earth can I locate It. and
what version should I be running.
