Are new rules posted anywhere?

I just upgraded to the 1.8 beta and the current list of rules (thanks to
help from some of you).  I have seen new rules posted to this list as
new exploits come out.  But does anyone keep a list of new rules
proposed for entry in the current ruleset at snort.org?  I would like to
update my list periodically, but I will never be able to catch them on
the fly from this list.
