AIM allows its users to directly connect to each other and transfer files
which could introduce malicious code (ie, trojan, worm, etc.) into your
network.

From a human resource standpoint, if you're employees are using AIM they
are probably less productive.

Aside from the fact that it's a pain in the neck -- especially when
it comes pre-installed on your PC and you have to figure out how
to pull it out -- and that it has to do with AOL, is there something
