I believe that with a libpcap v.6 or greater you can specify "any" as the interface to listen on and Linux will listen on them all. This is a linux only feature. -----Original Message----- From: Fabio Bastiglia Oliva [mailto:fboliva () safenetworks com] Sent: Thursday, May 17, 2001 03:29 To: snort-users () lists sourceforge net Subject: [Snort-users] Multiple Interfaces... Importance: High Hi guys, After a long time without boring you, I'm back! :))) It's a old thread, I know... but I've checked the list history and didn't found a solution for running snort in multiple interfaces. Anyone here is using snort in multiple interfaces? How can I do it? I'm using Slackware-current(Almost 7.2), Kernel 2.4.4ac9, libpcap-0.6.2 and Snort 1.7. Thanks in advance!
