DHS Cyber Security BAA announcements related to software assurance

FYI - heard about this from Russell Thomas on another list.  The US 
Department of Homeland Security will be publishing a Broad Agency 
Announcement (BAA) related to software assurance; an Industry Day session 
will take place on November 17, with a registration deadline of November 
12.

Technical Topic Areas of interest to SC-L readers include software 
assurance, improved measurement and research for code analysis techniques, 
metrics related to "how secure is this product," survivability, and a 
number of other areas.
