--- Subject: Important Mailing Lists From: David Krider <david () davidkrider com> To: declan () well com Content-Type: text/plain Organization: Date: 27 May 2003 12:00:31 -0500 Declan, I forget how I found your Politech mailing list, but I struggle to find the words to describe how important I think it is to me now. Every time I read something like, say, the "super-DMCA" bills, I think to myself, "Man, what other sources of information like this am I missing?" I'm signed up to the EFF's newsletter, but the premise still nags at me "like a splinter in my mind." What other sources of high-quality, important, and pertinent information are out there that I am ignorant of? Perhaps, in the spirit of your recent post on various admins' use of RBL's, you could posit the question to the group? I've never encountered a better signal-to-noise ratio in the whole 10 years I've been on the 'net, and the people subscribed to this list, then -- to me -- are the best people to ask. Thanks and regards, dk -- David "Dunkirk" Krider, http://www.davidkrider.com Acts 17:28, "For in Him we live, and move, and have our being."
