biased, prejudicial, "loaded" hearing?  Huh?  Huh?  Do ya?! <sigh>

Demagogue politicians need to make sure there are specters of terrifying 
devils to horrify us.  Otherwise, we would too-easily be horrified by the 
politicians.

How about this:

or better yet:

and Off-line Activities To Ensure Appropriate Behavior"

or even better:

"The Off Button: The Ultimate Tool for Parental Control"

and finally:

"Responsible Parenting: Getting To Know Your Children and Their Friends"

All much more appropriate topics of discussion, IMHO.
