Update on Universal v Remeirdes Case

The Electronic Frontier Foundation received word today that
the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the decision
of the District Court in the 2600 case (Universal v.
Remeirdes). There apparently is a 70-page opinion but we
have not received it yet.

We will issue a complete media release once we have
reviewed the decision.
