Liu Weifang, 40, was convicted last week of incitement to subversion by a court in the Turkic Muslim Xinjiang region, the Xinjiang Daily reported. [...] A corps of computer police monitor the Internet for talk regarded as subversive and block Web sites viewed as hostile.
