Microsoft's Web properties, with millions of visitors a day, are down once again.

Since this is turning into something of a spectator sport, I've written this program so we can all have a front-row seat:

Declan,
As a long-time criminal defense lawyer, I can tell you how it REALLY works.
In order to get a deal, MicroSoft would have to testify against a larger, or
more important, or wealthier, or more high-profile company. In other words,
the Dept of Justice responds only to those miscreants who can turn in a
bigger fish. So the question is: Who's a better DOJ target than MicroSoft.
Maybe you should run a contest.

Company, Like President, Indiscreet; Should Get Same Killer
Deal, Says Ballmer

Redmond, Wash. (<SatireWire.com>) _ Only hours after
President Clinton struck a deal to avoid prosecution by
admitting he lied in court about Monica Lewinsky, Microsoft
CEO Steve Ballmer announced the entire company will admit to
an affair with Lewinsky if the government will drop the case
against it, too.
