Incidentally, I am pleased to report that defendant Moldow dismissed his 
claims against the anonymous posters.  (You published both my criticism of 
the fact that this counterclaim and cross-complaint had been filed, and  a 
response from Moldow's brother defending the cross-complaint.)  The
